1. General Service Terms
Queenshine Electricals (QBCC Lic: 15012345, QLD Electrical Lic: #76543) provides solar, battery, and general electrical contracting services. All quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
2. The $100 Pre-April 30th Guarantee
To qualify for the promotional $100 Gift Card guarantee, the following strict conditions must be met:
- Eligibility Cut-Off: The customer must have formally accepted the quote and paid the required initial deposit in full by 11:59 PM on March 31st.
- Definition of Installation: “Installation” refers exclusively to the physical mounting and wiring of the hardware at the property.
- Exclusions: The guarantee is void if the installation is delayed due to network provider approvals (e.g., Energex or Ergon), severe weather rendering roof access unsafe, customer-requested variations, discovery of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos), or global supply chain force majeure events.
- Fulfillment: If we fail to meet the April 30th deadline and no exclusions apply, a $100 digital gift card will be issued within 14 business days following the completed installation.
3. Warranties
ueenshine Electricals provides a comprehensive workmanship warranty on all installations. Hardware warranties (Panels, Inverters, Batteries) are held directly with the manufacturer, though Queenshine will assist in facilitating claims on behalf of the customer.
